1. Program Description

Resonant Works LLC sends text messages to people who opt in. Messages may include replies to inquiries, project and account updates, appointment reminders, and customer support. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional marketing messages about our services.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at theresonantworks.com, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. Opting Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy, Section 13, for details.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on theresonantworks.com with a new effective date.
