1. Who We Are

Resonant Works LLC ("Resonant Works," "we," "us") is a Pennsylvania social media marketing and management company serving businesses and churches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It applies to visitors of theresonantworks.com, prospective clients who contact us, and clients we serve under our Master Service Agreement ("MSA"). If this policy and a signed MSA conflict on how client data is handled, the MSA controls for that client.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email, call, or sign an agreement with us, we may collect your name, business or church name, email, phone number, mailing address, and details about your marketing needs.

Client account and business information. To deliver our services, clients may share brand assets (logos, trademarks, photos), login or admin access to social media and ad accounts, business metrics, revenue or margin figures, target audiences, and future plans.

Client customer data. Some services involve data about our clients' own customers, such as contact lists, custom audiences, leads from ad campaigns, and engagement or conversion data. We handle this data only on the client's behalf (see Section 7).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar usage data through cookies and pixels (see Section 4).

Payment information. Invoices and payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank account numbers. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms directly to the client's own payment method, not through us.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, send proposals, and onboard new clients
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic social media content
  • Set up, run, track, and optimize paid ad campaigns and lead generation
  • Build reports on campaign and account performance
  • Send invoices, collect payment, and manage our client agreements
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with the law and enforce our agreements

Artificial intelligence tools. We use AI and generative tools to help write captions and ad copy, design graphics, and produce media. Information a client provides (such as brand details or campaign goals) may be entered into these tools solely to create that client's content. We do not use one client's confidential information to create content for another client.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking

Our website and the campaigns we run for clients may use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, social media widgets, and conversion APIs. Examples include the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags.

These tools help measure visits, attribute leads and sales to ads, and build ad audiences. They may share data such as page visits and hashed contact details with the platform that provides them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages work.

When we place tracking tools on a client's website, the client is responsible for disclosing them in its own privacy policy and getting any consent the law requires from its visitors.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

To run our services, we route some data through trusted third-party tools. Each is used only to execute, track, evaluate, or optimize the work we do for that client. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices, which we do not control. We choose them for legitimate business needs and limit what we share to what each task requires.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — not yours, and not our clients' customer data.

We share information only:

  • With the third-party service providers in Section 5, to deliver our services
  • With advertising and social platforms, as needed to publish content and run campaigns
  • With a client's written permission
  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • With a buyer or successor if Resonant Works LLC is merged, sold, or reorganized, under the same protections

Text messaging exception. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See Section 13.

We keep each client's business information confidential and do not share it with other clients or competitors.

7. Client Data We Process on Behalf of Clients

When we manage social media or ad campaigns, we process consumer data, social metrics, and campaign data on behalf of our clients. For that data, the client decides what is collected and why, and we act as their service provider.

  • We use it only to run, track, and optimize that client's contracted marketing
  • We do not sell, rent, or commercialize it
  • We stop using it when our engagement ends, except as needed for records, billing, or legal obligations

If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly. We will help them respond to your request.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including limiting account access to those who need it and using secure, reputable tools. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

We aim to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA and GDPR where they apply. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time

To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are meant for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on theresonantworks.com with an updated effective date.

13. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Resonant Works LLC, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We use it only to send the messages you agreed to, such as replies to inquiries, project and account updates, appointment reminders, and, if you separately opted in, occasional marketing messages.

  • No sharing of mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Opt-in data stays with us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
